The only Premier Cru Supérieur of Sauternes, and a wine made from botrytised berries picked one by one. The 2007 balances 140 g/l of residual sugar against a razor of acidity, so it finishes fresh rather than cloying.

Everything arrived intact and cold. Cork was perfect, and the tasting note on the website was accurate — which is not something I can say about most shops.
